El personal del hotel amable, la disponibilidad para el uso de las instalaciones de la piscina, incluidas en el precio de la habitación.
La habitación que nos dieron (no se si por la reserva a traves de eurobooking)estaba hecha con retales de muebles viejos, nada funcionales, el cuarto de baño antiguo, la ducha (en bañera) de escaso caudal, sin oferta de productos de aseo (solo jabón a granel en ducha y manos). La taza con la tapa móvil.

The location, the leisure centre, the quality of the food in the evening meals. Also very quiet at night except for the Shandon Bells which were nice to hear. This latest visit was our third and fourth time to return. the hotel organises a bus to bring people to the Marquee for the concerts. however the time is quite late and driver usually arrives even later, yet is very prompt at leaving after the concert.
Stairways had filthy old carpets. Food at breakfast very poor, no fresh fruit, no natural yogurt. Stayed in the hotel twice in one week, the first night was fine and breakfast included. However on the second stay it wasn't pointed out that our deal was for bed only until we went down for breakfast. No mention on a charge of one Euro for towels in the leisure centre. encouraged to use towels from room which is not the usual policy. On the 1st stay the corridor our room was on had a very strong smell of smoke. The staff were very pleasant on accommodating us for our return visit so that we would be on a different corridor. On the 2nd stay there was only a heavy quilt on the bed, there wasn't a sheet as an alternative especially in the summer months.

No heating or in the bedroom or in the bathroom and shut the windows over a very bad environment again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, even the cleaners!Room bright, comfortable, sunny, very clean. Swimming pool excellent. Hotel extremely handy for city centre. I highly recommend this hotel.
Get a better system for toast at breakfast time. There was a long queue for the toaster!

On arrival parking was an issue and the staff suggested that I park on the street and pay an hourly rate or go to a multistorey.On entering the room there was a stale lingering odour and the window was open and couldn't be closed. My daughter and her partner had another room and had the same issue with their window.Wouldn't be too anxious to return.

Just the location as it was within walking distance of cork city.

I found the staff a little distant and the waitress in the morning did not smile once. The room had some serious decorating issues, in bad need of a facelift. Hygiene was a little lacking. especially when we took our showers and found the previous occupants hair in the bath. The non slip mat in the bath come shower also needed changing as was seriously grimey. There is also no signs to say that resident could use a private entrance to the swimming pool and we all felt rather stupid using the lift . I have stayed in many hotels and i can safely say this one was the most disapointing.

It was really hard to find this hotel on the hill....very narrow lanes, no indications...the hotel was nice and clean...e didn't have breakfast
