The proximity to the terminals, the style and comfort of the hotel and the wonderfully helpful staff. The staff at reception are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Good location at the airport and staff very obliging & friendly.
I understand refurbishment is in hand which is probably quite timely.

The location.
I was extremely disappointed that the level of cleanliness was so poor at such a hotel that constantly receives international visitors. The carpet in the bedroom was old and dirty, the TV was ancient and the bath was not clean.

The friendlness and efficiency of the staff from reception to the drivers of the courtesy bus...everyone was at the service of the the customers.
I think the evening menu could be more enticing although I realise that dining is not a priority of most persons completing their flights or anticipating flights the following day.
