La position de l'hôtel est idéale, proche de tout, c'est le gros point fort de cet hôtel. Le quartier est super, c'est calme.
Ensuite il faut admettre que le standard de cet hôtel est pour un français un petit 3 étoiles un peu vieillot. C'est propre, mais tout est un peu vétuste sans être délabré. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix pour la qualité, il est tout à fait possible de prendre son petit déjeuner à l'extérieur il y a des cafés partout pas loin, et de meilleure qualité, et il est possible de prendre juste un café à l'hôtel (gratuitement). De manière générale il est un peu hors de prix de se nourrir à Copenhague, mais c'est une ville magnifique,et les gens sont tous très sympa !!!
Les chambres familiales ont deux vrais chambres.
Un peu vétuste, petit déjeuner hors de prix qualité très basique.

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

The Clarion Hotel Neptun is ideal for a city break. It is central-near Kongens Nytov-where there is a Metro,buses,department store and shopping. It is a basic hotel-no luxuries-but very comfortable, the staff are young and helpful.They provide an early evening meal-buffet type-included in the price which is helpful before going out.There are hot drinks available 24/7.
The bathroom is small-but adequate. There are no toileteries provided and for some reason no bath mats-but they will give you extra towels to use instead.

The location was wonderful and close to everything. Loved the coffee that seemed to always be available, the breakfast and the dinner were very good.
The fact that there was not anyone to help with the luggage... going to the room or leaving the hotel. It would be nice if this was available.
