The calm
The "unbearable smell of cigarettes that was impregnated in the room my friend was coughing all night and every time we returned to the room the smell was there, continuing damage.

The rooms were a good size and good facilities including wifi in the rooms.
We had a sofa bed for the children, we stayed on two occassions, the first there was not a problem the second night the sofa bed in the room we had was terrible the children could not sleep on it. The hotel has a satisfaction guaranteed policy however we were expected to have contacted reception at 10pm in order to see if we could change rooms. I would suggest you check the sofa bed well condition as soon as you arrive in case you have to change rooms.

Almost everything was ok. clean rooms. Sufficient towels (very important persons mt 4.
Downside was that I asked for some warm water to carry in a thermos (after breakfast) due to take medication and that was hard done by about 2 employees. The room was a card that service is important for them and we can just ask. yeah that is what I did.
