There were two big spiders in the room for the rest all right

I wish to inform you that I never have had such bad experiences with one of the Falcon Hotel.Wij have created a Van der Valk hotel was chosen because we always had pleasant experiences. This time the choice of this hotel because there was an antique market in Temploux. We had a neat room. He was just very hot and benauwd.De hairdryer was broken, PayTV could not be used and also the breakfast Saturday morning early (in relation to the market we had applied for early for breakfast) 1 croissant after having taken just cleared and removed. Fortunately there was one employee that we have 2 croissants and hot tea could bring them. There was no butter, no siege, no further rolls everything had been cleared away and even though we had just arrived and reported for early breakfast.

We waited for a total of 2 & a 1/2 hours between courses for dinner on thursday night last (20/8/09). the meal we ordered was the set 4 courses for €32 and it was very very disappointing. The menu was not translated into english & the waiters did not speak english so they needed to ask another member of staff. the food was average to poor. we made a poor judgement and should have ordered from the a la carte

At 23.00 you could not drink more coffee in the bar, sorry

The hotel staff is not service oriented, gives no attention, adds no value. That does not welcome gevoel.Het comfort was very much against, it was very hot in the room and clean the carpets do not look out, lots of spots (in and outside the room).

Prima hotel. Good service. Excellent, with transport to and from the airport.
