I found the staff extremely polite and helpful especially Valdimir who was more than helpful upon arrival. the room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed the only thing was there were hairs in the sink, toilet, shower and toilet paper when we arrived as if the area wasn't cleaned properly other than that it was perfect for what we wanted.
