The room was very clean and confortable and the staff very professional. The Hotel is quite well located just a couple of minute walking from the small harbour of Castellammare.

Very nice hotel, very well situated, nice and friendly personnel, pleasant rooms. The only problem is the restaurant that could and should be improved.

Excellent location, nice rooms, good personnel.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is not up to the standards of the hotel itself. The food or wine served is not always what has been promised and on the whole do not provide value for money. Similarly, the service is not very professional. Even the coffee in the morning is not of sufficient quality.
