Main reason for choosing Grande Real Villa Italia: Reputation

From my experience I have to stress that I loved the decor and the whole stay globally to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of all employees, yet only drawback being the Serra da Estrela I'm more comfortable at home than there because the room was too cold, and I alerted the clerk who accompanied us to the room, taught us to raise the temperature only 3 degrees but the unit should be avariado.Valeu it was Valentine's Day and that is what is important to continue to celebrate after 28 years .
