Very good location

Beds to hard, The rest of room very good. The price of room was good but the oost of parking was exspencive.

Near the conference room

I had booked from your website, but the first 2 days of my stay in Budapest send me to another hotel because it tells the system spoiled reservations. Aparadechto!!!

Very good hotel - prime location.

It said full welsh breakfast - the only eggs where scrambled ones. Disappointed.

The location of the hotel was excellent as its near the shopping malls.

The room cleaning was awful really...the linen were so dirty and not changed for the whole of my stay for 4 days, the cups were not cleaned even after the room cleaning service, the table and the all service not wipped out of dust, the carbet were not vacumed, I called the reseption for room cleaning and they stated the houskeeper have left already and the room remain the same even after the room cleaning service the next day despite me inforcing to the reception to have the room cleaned the next day...I was in the family room and the next room were given to teenager who were parting all night and screaming with music on and parking to the door, when i informed the reseption they stated its weekend and some teenager are parting!!! If it was not that I did not find an accomdation I won't stayed in the hotel..I will not book the hotel next time that is for sure.

A good location.

No minibar, no air conditioning, heat could not sleep. Very expensive for the hotel it is.

Hotel is in a good location within city center with nearby access to lovely restaurants and shops within an impressive pedestrian mall and older arcades. The room because of it's inner location within the hotel was very quiet.

We had to park at a location distant from the hotel and with the inclement weather this was unpleasant walking to and from the hotel in the pouring rain. We found the attendants at the front desk somewhat vague when asking directions. It was assumed we had a good knowledge of the city and this was not so. Would suggest that access to use of computer should be included with cost of room-good PR.
