Right in the centre of Carcassonne! Brilliant!
No flexibility for breakfast
we are eating gluten free, asked for porridge... oh, no, that was way out of their habits and what they are willing to offer! We paid 12€ each for breakfast, not able to eat any of their breads, croissants, cereals... etc 12€ for coffee, cheese and fruit (feels a bit heavy on our purse/stomach!)

The only discomfort was that we did not stay in the main building. But as you see was it not so serious.

The warm welcome and good service from the staff; the facilities in the room and the breakfast bar were excellent; the restaurant/brasserie offered good food with good value.
