Comfort, quiet side "up", clean (rare: the staircase is maintained and clean), staff friendly, room good size (big TV), breakfast in the middle (an OK but as a first price)
The quality of the restaurant just acceptable as troubleshooting and not pretentious (which is positive) for a 3 *, no minibar (but distributed in the hallway).
