1 / When booking the hotel have been written on your webpages, the data from your credit card information is used only for booking the hotel. Once payment has been no notice withdrawn without notice!! Why do you say on the site something that is not true! 2 / receptionist was willing to change the name of the buyer on the invoice, due to corporate accounting 3 / In an early morning departure for 6h in the morning, we received no compensation for breakfast, even though we reported the day before 4 / lack of plans, maps, Belgium .. Only black and white photocopied documents

The personnel was unpersonal but ok. The breakfast was very basic (coffee machine, self service) but the place was calm and clean.
This hotel is no way a four star hotel as you reclame - not even of three stars. The good days of it are long past. The stairs are worn out; the furniture and the overall impression of the room are depressing. The TV did not function; the shower was in a bad need of reparation. A very strange and upsetting fact: I was asked to give my Visa card for FOTOCOPYING together with my passport, although I paid in cash.

TV did not work. Some staff were rude and not helpful. The sheets and towels were not too clean. Lots of things need substantial improvement in this hotel!
