The President Brussels Hotel

Elevator always out of business. Reception desk always too busy and grumpy. There are always loads of ppl in the reception area which makes it difficult to check in or ask the reception about information. Garage facility is average due to difficulties to enter in with my car (very steep and tight entrance)

Beautifull environment, very comfort, kindly and friendly staffs

We enjoyed our stay very much - but should have liked to dine in your restaurant on Sunday. Very nice staff and a beautiful hotel. When wo go to Brussels again we should like to come back to your hotel.

Perfectly located. I thought it was a little confusing that the ad stated that breakfast was included in the price, yet on the receipt it was NOT included, and 20 additional Euros for a breakfast buffet are a little exaggerated in my view. I chose to go to the North Train Station instead where you can have breakfast with a decent, Italian coffee for just 3 Euros. That aside, this is a nice hotel, perfectly situated in the vicinity of the North Trains Station (7 minutes walk) and the business district (Ministries).

Dreary room but pleasant function rooms

Very good dinner. Clean room. Reasonable service.
