L'emplacement
Mauvaise insonorisation si vous êtes coté rue
Les femmes de menages commencent à faire du bruit dès 8 H ... pas top pour dormir !

Very nice location and compact hotel
They dont have slippers in the room and there is an additional charge if you request which is 5 Euro.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was superb. Liked the lightness of the rooms. Breakfast was very good too.
Unfortunately I was bitten by bed bugs - all down one leg in a line when I woke up. I did tell the staff because I feel it is important for them to know. I have heard of this happening before so know that it is a problem in some hotels. However I would hope this was addressed before I came back again and at the moment might prefer to stay in a different Brussels hotel to be on the safe side and I would want to have had a bug free night before recommending it to others...

We stayed here with two children ages 5 and 9. We were particulalrly impressed with how a particular member of staff, a long dark haired lady, looked after us at breakfast time, even though we were only having the continental breakfast (€10.50 per adult). All of the staff were very pleasant, helpful and kind. The Hotel is excellently located and appears quite sound-proofed given its central location. For a budget hotel I doubt you will do better. Excellent for a weekend break.

It was comfortable and quiet and well situated, with friendly and helpful staff.
I felt the food choices were a bit limited.
