Its a very convinient and nice hotel,you feel like you are just at home,ecept for little iprovement about thier toiletries,its nice and clean though the toilet and bath,but they need to improve about the quality of the shapoo the give thier clients,thanks

The extra pillow I bought made all the difference. I also liked the fact the WC and the shower were in separate rooms.
For a double room, it seemed a lot smaller than the one I stayed in the last time I was there. Also, the television switched itself on at 4.30am and I couldn't turn it off.

En receptionist var vänlig och hjälpsam.
Trångt på rummet. Endast en sittplats i dubbelrummet. Saknade mikrougn eller vattenkokare så man åtminstone kunde koka vatten. TV-kanalerna var väldigt begränsade och tv:n placerad så man bara kunde titta liggande i sängen och då blev vinkeln på så vis att bilden så mörk att det inte gick att se något. Gick inte att korrigera ljus/kontrast. Dörren till duschen hade en felplacerad knop vilket gjorde att man klämde fingret när man skulle låsa/låsa upp. Svårt att checka in på hotellet. Fungerade inte med bokningsnumret man fått - tur att det fanns bemanning som kunde hjälpa till.

Price, the general supply vending machine dispensing practically everything one can need and how quiet it was at night.
Wi-fi in the rooms would be helpful rather than the central, communal area.

This is a good basic hotel near the shopping high street in central Brussels. Guests have access throughout the day and night using their electronic key. The room is small and functional. The shower is surprisingly high-tech.

Excellent City centre location. Stylish rooms. Reasonably priced.
Seems to be a 'Ryanair' model. Anything above and beyond the basics costs extra - e.g. an extra pillow must be paid for.
No fresh food available. The large 'common area' was mostly unused and could be put to better use.
The automated 'check in' and 'check out' facility did not work properly. As you have to have someone present anyway (to deal with such problems), why bother with the faulty automated service at all ?

Te duur voor wat je krijgt.
+ voor alles moet je bij betalen wat het a / te duur maakt en b/ ONGEZELLIG en KOUD
ben wakker geworden en had zin in een kopje koffie, had al begrepen dat het via een 'automaat' ging en nota bene was de koffie OP. Heb een shampoo gekocht ( die had ik niet bij omdat het meestal aanwezig is...) maar heb 2 flesjes moeten koepn omdat het eerste naast het bakje is gevallen. Heb dus het dubbel betaald voor 1 flesje ( wel goede kwaluiteit)
