Hotel very quiet although in town center. Staff very friendly and ready to serve! We went back to the hotel after the show Andre Rieu at Heysel one o'clock in the morning. Having nothing to drink since 18h, the receptionist advised us to get out from the hotel and we saw earlier opened the bar to enable us to take two fresh drinks in our room. Remarkable!

The staff attitude in breakfast dining was good.
I waited for long time for check in and supporse this is due to the shortage of the staff. The sound insulation is not good.

Great Location, and really impressive entrance and lobby. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The staff is wonderful; I found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Generally the hotel had a good feel to it, was very clean and staff were friendly. Location is very good. Only annoying thing was that there was no hairdryer and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame.
