Location of the hotel is top notch. The hotel is beside Schuman metro station with enough bus lines passing nearby as well. There are also shops and restaurants in the area which are handy for business travelers.
Extras are quite expensive, i.e. Internet access is doen through a card which gives you 24 hours from 12 lunch time to 12 lunch time the next day for 9 EUR, breakfast if not already included in your package.

Only the laundry lady who is very kind and the location. Because of the location and the price I would still recommend the hotel.
The unpersonal atmosphere. That one has to pay 10 euro for wireless till 12 midday the follow day, while from 8 till night we are not able to use the wireless as we are working (outside the hotel).
