Obviously very central to the train station and only a short walk to Bruges. The woman at the front desk we dealt with was very friendly and provided us with a great deal of helpful information without us having to ask.
Obviously you get what you pay for, in terms of room size and amenities, so more than a few days for us would have been claustrophobic (though they make good use of the space). Although the noise from the trains was minimized due to the insulated windows, I could hear people coughing and sometimes snoring in other rooms, so earplugs necessary. Beds were ok and pillows flat (for us North Americans who are used to cushier pillows and mattresses w/ boxsprings).

Easy and cheap car parking.

The room design was excellent (liked the LED shower a lot!) and the breakfasts were tremendous value. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We would book again without hesitation.
I may have missed it but it would have been useful to have made it clearer that the best parking is on the top floor of the station car park. Entitlement to the unlimited park & ride scheme is also worth a mention.

Easily accessable when driving from the motorway.
- The rooms feels as 100% plastic, their "sink-in-the-room-with-a-mirror" looks artificial, shower cabin with translucent glass walls directly in the sleeping room...
- Access from the City Station Parking area is by the stairs to the upper floor from which it is either by stairs or lift.

The location is ideal for transportation and very near the town but there was a free shuttle bus at the train station if you had parked at the car park next to the hotel which was very cheap $2.50. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless (very clean) every thing in the room was functional and modern My wife and I will in the near future book again at this wonderful Hotel when done to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Being English would prefer a full cooked breakfast and the room didn,t have enough room for clothing when unpacked but in saying that its only for a short stay
