The great rooms were just beautiful and so lovely to sit in and enjoy. We were very impressed with the décor. A small was enjoying Champagne in one of the rooms and it was as though they were in a private home. Very nice. The spa area was spectacular. The location was perfect. The room was so quite, it was amazing. The bar was warm and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only the weather could have been better!
There was nothing I did not like about the hotel, however, I thought a few of the reception personnel could have been a bit more friendly. They were fine but quite stern.

Wonderful staff. Ambiance was fabulous. Location convenient. Old European charm tastefully combined with modern comfort. I will recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to the marvelous city of Brugge.
