Beautiful location, nice rooms, rich breakfast, nice reception staff
In room 410 we had the problem with the card for the door that did not work in most cases. This should be stopped. Is annoying to constantly have to reception to get the key.

Very good value for money. Clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the centre of Bruges but a bit further out than many of the dearer hotels. On balance a great place for a mini break and would use the chain again.
The car park was very badly designed and a challenge to use even for a small car. 15 Euros a night was a little expensive, you can park for free on the road but then have to worry about renewing the complimentary parking tickets that the hotel issues every four hours.
