Good, but not as good as Mecure Holland House which is in the same area.

A very good and friendly hotel

This has been the most unpleasant stay in whole my traveling experience. Last week I stayed at Novotel Bristol Centre in room 407. Wednesday morning I found blood on the bed sheet. First I thought it was blood from previous guests that was not washed off good enough. Later in the evening I found a transparent insect that was full of blood. I asked the hotel manager to have a look at it, and he could not recognize this insect (I have pictures of this insect). Thursday evening I found the same type of insect in the bathroom again. Nobody knew which kind of bug it was. It could be a tick, cat or dog flea. I payed 416 £ for the stay which is quite a big amount for a hotel of that quality. It is not acceptable to find this kind of insects in a 4 star hotel.
