The service of the staff wasn't focused on the customer. When complaints were raised, the response was to send a complaint as they "couldn't do anything about it". For a business hotel to offer internet service at this high a price is not ok (GBP15/day). When requesting spicy food the staff told me it was against company regulations. The cutlery and glasses in the restaurant was on several occasions dirty.

We were able to have an early check in (noon) which made so much difference to us.
Furnishings (especially the chair at the desk) were a bit tired and need replacing.

It was easy to get to from Kent to that hotel, easy to find. Comfort of room, brilliant.

Hotel was ok for 2 nights ,it was comfortable but the smell of damp was a bit much it was clean, but i would not rate it that high .

We had a really lovely stay, only problem was that when we arrived at approx 4.pm I asked the receptionist to book us a taxi to take us to Ashwells for a masked ball for 7.30pm. We waited in reception until 8.10 and kept having to ask the receptionist where the cab was, this meant us arriving late to our party.

Easy to find, close to brentwood highstreet.
Fresh towels were not provided on the second day. used towels were taken away but were not replaced. we have to use the small towels i also requested for face (wash) towel but did not get it.

A very pleasant stay. I arrived very late in the evening but was made to feel very welcome . The computers were down at the time so the only thing that was a pain was not having a key to my room . Very good food and very comfortable.

I would say that it is a bit pricey ( the rooms )
