Nice, clean & good value for money - would stay again.

Free apples, breakfast, vending machines even though they are expensive, direct line for taxi hire.
Expensive bar & shower curtains did not prevent flooding when taking a shower.

IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT THE HOTEL AND WE WOULD USE IT AGAIN THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFULL AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities, especially for the children. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would go back in a moment.

Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff
Breakfast very busy but we got around this by booking room only and then we paid for breakfast on the mornings we wanted it i.e when there was not a huge queue.

Very impressed with the decor and lay out of the room, exceeded my expectations and i have recommended it to everyone,food excellent and the room top drawer, i would definitely stay there again thank you for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Big Blue. We were surprised at how far it is from the shops/Blackpool Tower. Despite the cold we had a good weekend break.

The breakfasts. Good layout of the rooms.
