The staff were extremely helpful especially helping us sort out a plane ticket I would recommend the hotel to others catching an early flight
It would be good to have some cheap snack options for the lobby instead of meal option

This hotel has very easy access to the airport, train and bus transportation. The hot breakfast was included and served early for thosse needing to take the train into London.

Was sehr schlecht organisiert ist: der shuttle vom/zum Flughafen sollte im Preis mit eingeschlossen sein und nicht extra im Bus bezahlt werden müssen; oder mit Kreditcarte auf die Zimmerrechnung buchbar sein; ist sehr schlecht geregelt;
