From welcome at reception to departure cannot fault staff friendlyness. Room was perfect and comfy and at dinner and breakfast service and food was wonderful. Would definately stay again.

Breakfast in bed was glorious, for a mum of a two year old it was a quite a treat and the ease of ordering it was superb. Thanks!
The only downside was that the mirror in the bedroom was not close to a vacant wall outlet so that I could do my hair but that's it!

I enjoyed my stay and everything was fine. there was a fire alarm which involved evacuating the building but that was handled well

The location.
There were not enough staff to proceed check-in. My room was not ready so i was told to go and get a coffee I waited 15 min for the coffee and it was luke warm when it arrived the waiter/reception was on a go slow. The staff where not very friendly and they allowed the Airline staff to join an line to check out when it clearly stated they had their own area for this all in all not a happy person.

I booked a standard twin room for £99 and a business class room for £174 and was dissappointed that the rooms were identical apart from a coffee maker and a complimentary dressing gown in the business class room.

The hotel was very central and everywhere we needed to go was in walking distance.
The Spa was a little bit small compared to others we have visited.
