It was very quiet we never heard a single plane taking off or coming in to land. The reception staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Proximity to Airport & NEC. Speedy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room, good facilities laid on. Great breakfast both mornings, we had dinner one night it was lovely.
Bedroom floor needed hoovering between bed and wall under table, generally in harder to reach places!! The bathroom had some hairs lying about in bath and on floor, but generally good room.

Convenient, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Toilet in room did not flush properly, although those in communal area were ok.
