Nice hotel, air conditioned in a good location in the heart of Birmingham. At night a lot of noise from outside (8th floor) during our stay, one must be able to.

Air conditioning, nice room, good facilities
Inadequate toilet available on day 1, night is noisy

Was very convenient for theatre etc., liked the quiet although it was disco night.
We came at a very busy prior Christmas time and the disco was too loud for us to be able to have a nice drink after the theatre, we went to our room.

Heating did not work properly. When I booked on the telephone I was told it included B&B, breakfast was not included however which was very embarrasing as we found this out upon check in. I did complain and a manager called me later on and offered me another stay at a reduced rate.

The hotel bar which was warm.
