Amazing quality and service in morning buffet. Nice lobby and chimeney. Pretty good that events and tourist information is update and accesible for the guest.
The additional bed wasn't comfortable at all. And lack of flexibility when i wanted to cancel or change my booking. there's not info neither easy public transportation access. Would be nice If the hotel could offer the airport shuttle. Mainly I didn't like that there was a restriction for the use of the gym and swimming pool, so we were not able to use any of them, besides in the booking said sauna and gym was included but once u wanted to use it their charge you extra.

Beautiful and very comfortable room, very clean. Great bathroom with heated bathtub (!) and "rain" shower head. Staff very efficient.
The only true downside of this great hotel was the location, it is a little bit away from the city centre (about 10-15 minutes walk to the Kudam street). Also had to use a taxi to get to the Branderburg gate and than walked (and it is a long walk) down the Unten den Linden street. Subway station also not very conveniently located.

We felt comfortable, small cuts below. For the price we paid, we were satisfied.
The price was reasonable (455 €) Nice atmosphere, young, motivated, friendly employees. The accessibility is good if you try to get the buses.
The room looked like a senior citizens room. The normal price (around 1200) is not justified for this standard rooms. € 24 for breakfast .... oh well without us. Pool and fitness room are not very inviting. Wlan for 7 € is outdated.
