Location: very convenient to tourist highlights.
Price of breakfast (and other meals): with excellent cafes and restaurants just a stones' throw away, at half the price expected by you, I doubt you attract many customers.

I could not have been happier than I was for 7 nights at this hotel. My room was on the top floor, absolutely quiet and maintained beautifully by the staff. The location was perfect for my needs - the museums, opera, shopping and the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Two easy restaurants across the street in addition to excellent food at the hotel, plus drugstore and all my needs. Wonderfully full and varied breakfast buffet. Can't wait to go back!
