Very nice, bright spacious room with mini bar & kitchen facilities. Well positioned for conferences and meetings. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Would certainly return for next year's visit. The room rate for my stay was quite reasonable.
WIFI was not available in my room, this should be available throughout the hotel without extra charge. The complementary computer terminal in the lobby was not functioning. There was a nice mini kitchen in my room which was very convenient but no way to prepare any food as there were no pans or a kettle to make tea / coffee. Would like to see these items included. The bed was too firm so my sleep was very limited.
