Parking for hotel (for checking) very difficult to reach, information about parking during stay by insufficient sales assistant. High price for breakfast (just across the street for one quarter of the price!)

Day's staff polightness, and willingness to help with my disable mother, made me fell good.
One of the night staff's unwillingness to help, and lack of facilities in room (fridge) caused me uncomfortablity, and humaliation by asking night staff about my mother's insulin (my mother is dibetice) and I had to keep them in fridge. I have to admit that, it was just one person (a girl) who made my stay litle uncomfortable.
