The location really suited my needs for my Interrail journeys. Reception staff very helpful and efficient.
The lack of choice of refreshments offered at the cafe/bar. The bar staff seemed uninterested, with a lack of concern for their clients ie slow service untypercal of other Ibis establishments I have used.

It is the perfect spot if you come to visit ICC for conference or exhibition. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and with a nice view over Berlin.
Free Internet at the room should be a free service in stead of an expensive fee. Business center software should be updated.
