The staff were extremely helpful and any questions or requests were answered or dealt with instantly. In particular, the concierge made suggestions that made was our stay in Berlin so successful. Everything in Berlin was easily accessed by the underground train that was located in front of the hotel and it had a lift (not that easy to find in Berlin). The room was cleaned everyday. We welcomed the plate of fruit and bottled water that awaited our arrival.

We got a great room (the upgrade), which was lovely tune in the courtyard and with easy access to the wellness department. They were nice and helpful at reception and on the balcony for breakfast!.
