Location and had a lovely dinner there very relaxing we had booked in early and informed staff of need for two beds in room came back after shopping up to room one bed. Got a change of room to one facing out to back yard 112 the noise of bins being emptied and staff talking was awful windows were closed. The noise went on through the night would go back to hotel but not that side of the hotel

The location was ideal being close to transport links, shops restaurants and bars, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent

I reported to reception the next morning about the excesssive noise, a group of individuals were banging on dors and exceptually loud, this carried on for several hours and interupted my sleep. I believe there was a hen party on the same floor, perhaps a policy for group bookings wereby you alert them to needs of other guests. this was not reported back to the manager as i was time limited.

Very good location, right beside all the shopping areas nd resteraunts.
Very noisey room, bottles being moved at 7am!

We went to Belfast to celebrate a friends 40th. The hotel was very convenient to the bus station. I was suprised at the comfort of the hotel for such great value. We were able to share 3 to a room. Shopping was very convenient and we were right in the centre of wonderful restaurants and night entertainment. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would recomend it.

I would highly recommend Jury's Hotel Belfast for a weekend break! Breakfast was great and very reasonable, perfect location and very friendly staff! Thanks for a great stay!
