Its located on the upper part of the Rambla and very well located. Staff is proffesionale and assist quickly to requests. Breakfast hall is situated with a great view of the Ramblas for the 1/2 floor. Even if the breakfast selection is somewhat limmited (no warm food), it is still adequate.

Check out 1100. We asked to stay longer since we travelled with an infant and one small child and got until 1330.

The location is very good, staff friendly and always available to help. Hotel contribuio so prevalent to us to enjoy more of our visit to Barcelona.

During four days were never exchanged towels in the bathroom or the room was clean. These services should be performed at least every two days.

The immertion in the old Barcelona. The proximity to everything. The soundproofing of good quality. Dishes in sufficient quantity.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice and spacious room. Good position.

There was a terrible smell comming from the drain (kitchen sink) in the kitchen. The carpets were filthy dirty in the room, I didn't walk without shoes on. Room 205

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. Usually we're very comfortable in hotels Citadines, in this case we were cramped, your advertising has been distorted. We were 4 adults in a suite with a bedroom and a bathroom. Yet we pay the price of a suite entitled to two bedrooms. Also we had a poor service with regard to the friendliness of the staff (except one) at the counter (could speak neither french or english). Your advertising has misled us. I do not recommend your hotel to my friends. Comings
