Main reason for choosing Acevi Villarroel: Rate

Close to metro and airport bus stop. Spacious room, clean
Light curtains, too much light early morning. Wellness facilities are having extra charge the staff not mentioned it, when asked are blaming the website info. I didn't have time to use it anyway but if I did I wouldn't accept the payment.

The service is wonderfull, as well the hotel is well located (near to the ramblas, the gotic area and 2 metro station in a 2 diffrent colors blue and red). the service in the loby, and in the resurant is great, helpfull and kindness. have fun in acevi villaroel Hotel!

A bit away from the touristy crazyness of the Ramblas but within walking distance. It is in the Art Nouveau district. The room was designed in a great modernist theme. Good appointments. As a designer, it felt good staying there. Staff were very good. Lots of good local reasonable (not tourist traps) restaurants. Close to all services. Great value for money.
No real complaints but, although it was in the end of March, the hotel hallway was crazy hot with 100% humidity. I had no way of checking, but wouldn't be surprised if the temp was well over 25 degrees C. For a Canadian, this was sweating hot. The good thing is the window in the bedroom opened up very well which kept the room cool. I'm sure the air conditioning wasn't on because for Spaniards, it was still cold outside.

The cleanliness, location, breakfast and mostly the feeling of being a hotel with modern spaces.
Parking is quite limited, is accessed by a steep ramp.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good long and 1 wide single beds. Very large assortment of breakfast breads, meats, eggs, bacon, sausages, several cheeses, smoked salmon, brut, fruit, milk, juices, etc. Great!

Lovely, designer hotel. Walk to the old and gothic city, close to neighbourhood shops, and check out the great "hole in the wall" fish restaurant nearby. BBC1 and 2 available.

The only problem is the noise, so bring your ear plugs.

Good clean rooms and maid service. Did not use breakfast faculties too expensive. was a good base to explore barcelona with tube nearby.
