The Paradors are always wonderful, this one was no exception. Amazing location, (albeit difficult), Beautiful views and quiet, comfort.
Considering that tourism is the mainstay of the Parador, the staffing at check-in might include one person who is bilingual or slightly bilingual.

The meal of the 80th anniversary is a very good idea and we were grateful. Nothing to say about the room and the bathroom except that the chair would need to be changed.
Access very difficile.On gave us a room overlooking the square and the church bells rang every hour.

The Arcos parador has a uniquely splendid location with remarkable views from high up across the plain below. It is a winding road to the hotel; a small car is reommended. The hotel has no parking reserved for guests but manages to accommodate them if it can and payed for the parking place we were luckuy enough to find on the square. The staff were under some pressure during our stay because of a big party which came for dinner, but were extremely welcoming and helpful.
