Holiday Inn Express Antwerp City-North, an IHG Hotel

The towel was stained when I got the room and the toilet did not seal

Great value for money if you want a clean cheap no frills hotel this is perferct

When we arrived (by car) the sat nave stopped at the bridge behind the Hotel I phoned the hotel for directions I was told I was at the wrong place and drive in to the centre after 1 hour driving around the centre I phoned again and spoke to a lady and put on hold 15 minutes later I ended the call we avenchaly went back to the bridge and found the hotel When I asked to see the manager He/ She wasn’t available We had room 232 when we came out of the lift the place smelt and we had to keep the window open all the time won’t be staying there again Might be a good idea to have the staff retrained on where they are located and on phone manners All so have the hotel cleaned properly

Nice hotel, only difficult to reach through all those one-way roads. friendly staff. Too bad you one night can not eat and go to another location.

Stay was comfortable and staff were friendly ansd very helpful in every respect. I would recommend this. If there was a drawback it was the quality of the snack food - perhaps a better quality of snack food would improve what is otherewise a very good standard
