El personal muy servicial y educado. Las habitaciones nitidas
El parqueo tan lejos es mucha incomodidad. El hecho de esperar el bus, la lluvia y el parqueo deberia de estar cementado. Toda la belleza del hotel lo opaca el parqueo. Para las personas que asusten a un evento formal y caminar en ese parqueo tan desnivelado y con tacones es otra gran molestia.

Staff was quick to respond when I called for something. Food was good, staff was friebdly, pool was clean and the grounds were beatiful.
Didn't always have enough "Q"s to satisfy money exchange. Had a problem with the safe twice had to call for help, bath towels were grey and dirty looking, had to call for glasses twice, no hot water twice in 10 nites, not enough hangers and the ones they brought should have been tossed away. Quality of the room did not live up to the price we paid. No decor, plain walls, no color, old bed linens. We had asked for two beds. When we arrived we had ONE bed so had to have a very old cot. After Easter they did not even offer to move us even the hotel was half empty after Easter. We stayed 10 nites.
