The Dylan Amsterdam

Overall a great hotel to stay but over priced for the standard/ quality of the room. I have stayed in better standard rooms at other equally exclusive hotels for better value for money. Good location with friendly and helpful staff.

It was easy to get to and really quite trendy. I think it was a bit pricey for the room I received. The bar service was horrible and the second time we came we ended up leaving because we simply couldn't get service. I didn't feel there was real value for what I paid. Perhaps it was just an off weekend, but I would go back.

Very nice hotel

Reputation of internal decoration, seen in magazines, was the main reason for our stay. It is still great but, for some reason, the lounge, the restaurant have been refurbished since the days of the Blakes, and we were a lot less impressed by the new choices. Breakfast is fine but just too expensive.Room was great.

It was ok, but the value for money was low, we had higher expactations, especially for for the extra services. Champagne was very expensive per glass. I missed nice music in the rooms but also in the garden area and candles at the table, middes a romantic atmosphere

Restaurant was dissapointing: slow service, arrogant waiter, food ok but overpriced. rooms were not soundproof, I was woken up at 0700 am by neighbour's TV, after a noght out, this was not very pleasant.
