Very friendly, neat and tidy.
We were with the whole family, 7 people and could not have breakfast at a table. I thought that was very unfortunate.

Pretty much everything.
When we arrived we had to pay a deposit which left us short of cash.The hotel tried to obtain full payment prior to our arrival which was declined this was embarrasing and not what is described in your slogan " book and pay at the hotel "

Hotel is well placed for public transport into Amsterdam. Despite being near main roads (which made finding the hotel easy) this wasn't at all evident whilst inside the hotel. Card system for calling lifts, entering rooms and arriving at meals was extremely efficient.

Friendly, courteous staff who were always willing to be of assistance and kindly spoke English to us, non Dutch speakers.
Although every effort had been made to ease the situation current building works caused some problems at the time of our visit (a 6.30 am wake up call evey morning when noisy building work began was disappointing and not what you want when on holiday) but when the hotel refurbishment is complete the hotel will be able to provide even more facilities. Parking in the hotel car park was expensive at 22 euros per night.

I made the reservation for friends, who were content.

I was not sure if the room had separate beds or not. I wanted to know that in advance, because I made this reservation for friends who were my guests.
