Hotel Campanile Amsterdam Zuidoost

Esta muy bien situado por autopistas yo lo utilice para visitar Volendan - Marken , el Gran dique Alfluitdik , Aalsmeer,Zaanschad , y al mismo tiempo para visitar Amsterdam con el metro y autobus a 50 mts PERFECTO lo recomendare a mis amigos Nota .- Tambien estube en el Campanile de Nimes , Troyes y Vilvoorde de Belguica todos muy bien ( el año pasado 2010 estube en el de Nimes muy mal ya envie un E Mail A Atencion al cliente y no estoy contento con la respuesta )Hace mas de 20 años que utilizo sus Hoteles

My email to the hotel and the hotel's response is enclosed. It is self explanatory. Dear Mrs Vantwout, Truly sorry for the late response but it is the first time I see the mail. Checking the reservations I indeed see that the roomtype is changed. The hotel has far more twin rooms then double rooms, mostely the double beds are sold out first and are much higher in demand then the twin rooms. On bookings.com a preference can be given in roomtype which we always try to follow but can not guarentee. To be honest there is no specific reason other then the whole weekend was a puzzle trying to fit everybody in the requested rooms. Allocating friends, couples on the same floor trying to check in a lot of people as early as possible..was a huge challenge that particular weekend. Basicly we can only apologize that you did not receive the rooms you expected but have no real explanation. We agree that it might not be a complete satisfying anwser but simply a fact that could not be changed anymore when you arrived. Fortunantely we read that despite this you did had a great weekend. We stayed in your hotel from 28th May to 31st May (booking ref 500037813) and although we were extremely satisfied with the general cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff, I feel the need to complain about one single issue. We made an online booking for 4 TWIN rooms on 9th November 2010 and this was confirmed by you via your email. However when we arrived at your hotel we were extremely surprised to see that the rooms were with a double bed rather than 2 single beds as per our order and your confirmation. When we queried this with the manager we were told that there were no twin rooms available. We were then informed that the rooms were allocated on the day of arrival on a first come first served basis. I find this quite surprising since it does make a complete mockery of your online booking facility which gave me the choice of the type of room, ie twin or double. Having chosen and booked 4 twin rooms, we of course expect these rooms to be available to us when we arrive at the hotel and we do not expect these room to be made available to other guests just because they happen to arrive earlier than us irrespective of how busy your hotel is. As I said, apart from the room issue, we were extremely happy with all the other arrangements in the hotel and would definitely come again and recommend campanile hotels to anybody. However, I would like an explanation as to why we were given 4 double rooms instead of 4 twin rooms as ordered. Thank you Mrs P Vantwout

Ubicación perfecta en términos de transporte de autobús y metro a la ciudad

No hay cepillo de baño de la máquina de café no es bueno

El personal siempre amable y servicial, la zona era tranquila y había Aparcamiento vigilado. Situado junto a la estación de metro bus AMD se trataba de una excelente ubicación para viajar hasta el centro de Amsterdam
