Hotel Atlas Vondelpark

Generally I thought the Atlas Hotel was good, no complaints, except that when I booked they said they were five minutes from hub of Amsterdam. this is incorrect and it actually took about 20minutes by tram to get into the centre. As we only had a couple of days, I would have preferred to be closer in. I thought that was a bit decieving. Otherwise no complaints, it is a quaint little hotel with real charactor.

Well located, friendly staff, but a lack of cleanliness in the rooms.

Excellent location for public transportation and access to museums and park. Very helpful staff. Nicely furnished rooms. Good breakfast. Price seemed a bit high ... but then this is Amsterdam.
