Die Port van Cleve Hotel

Very nice hotel and was surprised to hear about the history of the building. Rooms are OK and the porter service was excellent. Also very nice bar; great atmosphere.

Overall, it was great to stay in your hotel, despite poor ventilation in the room.

Relative to other hotels I've stayed at in the area I would recommend this one. Nice adjacent bar, nice restaurant, great location. Issues were elevator (VERY slow, and one out of order), very steep stairs, very noisy from street and irregular supply of toiletries...some days we had shampoo, some days not!

A beautiful historic hotel centrally located to everything. Very professional staff. The only drawback was the room .. crowded with furniture and far from stairs or elevators.

Good hotel, good location, pleasant staff, good rates. Nothing to say against the hotel ! Thanks for the quality of the service!

Good location and friendly staff, but definately not value for money. Priced as 5-star, but you get only a mediocre 3-star.
