A friendly little hotel, very much in the centre of historic Leuven. Helpful staff. Breakfast room in an art gallery was a great setting. Buffet breakfast choice was very good, with cooked food if wanted. Room was fine, large windows and high ceiling, mini bar extensive. Could have done with tea making facilities.

The information the hotel received about my booking from Eurobookings did not include the fact that I had booked a double room,I have the email confirmation, so it was set up as a twin and we arrived after housekeeping had left. They changed the set up the next day to a double.

The staff was very gracious, kind, and helpful. My first room had a bad odor and they quickly changed my room with little inconvenience to me and gave me a discount. I truly enjoyed staying there and I would recommend the hotel to others.

No staff on arrival! it was midnight, but for a 3 star, it seems incredible no bed in the room, cold and impersonal dining for breakfast: in short, an expensive hotel and unattractive!

Leuven centrum is very nice, the hotel is better not talk!
I was given a razor troubleshooting (I forgot mine): it is simply impossible to shave with!
