Swissotel Zurich

The usual excellent profesional service at all levels, from reception/checkin to upstairs/room staff, dining room staff and service, everyone displays a friendly, helpful, positive attitude, which makes me to ensure that I book all my visits to Zurich in Swissotel, any question asked and request om a related in house issue, is dealt with efficiently and promply and no fuss. My visits to Zurich are invariably on business and my experience in the Hotel from arrival, through durtation and to checkout, help to ensure that my visit /trip to Zurech is, as always has been, is positive, successful and worthwhile and leads to assists me in all local meetings with a relaxed and positive attitude, which means success all-round, not only for me and my group but for All in Swissotel as well. Keep up the Good Work change Nothing

Absolutely nothing that I could complain about or suggest any changes to. Why Change a Winning Team and/or a Winnig System system dealing witht the Public, in an overall, excellent 1st Class envioronment

Very quiet, clean & comfortable. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Easy access to everything I needed to do.

Hotellet fungerer perfekt.

Oerlikon er ikke en charmerende bydel. Skulle jeg på hyggeferie, ville jeg vælge en smukkere beliggenhed.

Location to city - pool and gym

It would have been good to have airport pick up - I know it is on the train line - but we arrived late and the trains were not running regularly to Oerlikon - Also we would have had trouble with all our luggage getting up the stairs at Oerlikon station - we would have been lost as there was much construction happening. The tram probably would have been the second preference to getting from Airport - It would be good to have some instructions - however for people with loads of luggage a pick up would have been fantastic. I did not like the coffee machine. I would have preferred instant coffee - perhaps they could provide both -

Very clean. friendly and professional staff.

The springy bed surprised me. it wasn't very comfortable.

Very good breakfast facilities, great sauna and spa/fitness.

Needed keycard to operate elevator

The receptionist & bell boy were very polite & attended my registration very fast. the tour desk providing good info and helping us a lot for the tour booking.

The surrounding is so quiet on sunday, unless if travel to zurich or outside city.the carpet is little bit old and dam, should provide throw away type of sandal in the room
