Two separate rooms for our family was nice.
Steps in the front of the hotel were difficult to navigate with all my luggage and pram. A lift or ramp would be nice. Walking to the hotel from the train station was not at all easy as it was uphill (and raining). Hotel should have emailed me that we could take a bus directly to the hotel--would have made getting there so much easier.

Good and pleasant staff behind the reception desk and restaurant.
Not content big word, price / quality of breakfast I was not quite proportional.

We enjoyed our stay. Your staff are quite helpful. Of course, as an American I was sorry for the high cost (of all Switzerland, not you in particular).

Location near the ETH was good. Also the tram lines were convenient.

Into the room, fire up the flat screen TV, a laptop stand on the desk, moved the finished plug in cable, and first check in the mail. These are the highlights (where is the free internet in the room?) Together with the price and the absolutely central position in spite of relative calm.
