We liked everything - from the staff going above and beyond their service, the location, the breakfast which was the best we ever had, and the bar and reception area.

Very friendly reception staff, always ready to help.
Lovely breakfasts, particularly liked the fresh fruit salad which you don’t often get in other hotels.
Did not like the toiletries, especially the shampoo.

As always the staff were very efficient and helpful the room was clean end big enough and overall a pleasant hotel to stay in
On the Tuesday morning my wife myself and my 87year old father in law were stuck in one of the lifts that had a power failure,but although the staff eventually came and were concerned as to how we were after we were released the only offer was a glass of water.
We were a bit disappointed that they did not at least offer a drink at the bar in the evening.This however did not detract from a most enjoyable stay

Hotel room was very nice. Lots of choice for breakfast which was included in room price. We were able to leave luggage when we checked out which enabled us to shop without having to take luggage with us.

It was so convenient for the railway station only 5 minutes away and it was very quiet. The breakfast was nice too.
The meal we got was a was not very appetising.
