As always the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was ample and well presented.

We stayed in Room 42 and although clean, the bathroom is badly in need of the grouting being renewed.

The first room I was given had no heating in the bathroom and had a dirty bed cover. I did manage to get another room.

Reasonable breakfast. good service from friendly staff nice flowers and it looks good.

My room, number 42 had a wet carpet, it was not possible to turn on heating in the bathroom, the windows do not securely open properly and this is a ground floor room which can therefore be easily accessed from outside. in other words I could open them for ventilation but anyone could have climbed in.
