Bar and Dining facilities were good.
Car parking was a disaster. Executive room was very poor, peeling wall paper, heating not working had a electric heater, plumbing could be described as dangerous. Security to the room was not what should be expected, due to the situation of our room nr 402.

Its proximity to the castle, river and Eton. Though Windsor is quite small anyway and everything's within walking distance.
The room smelt of drainage, the morning paper didn't arrive, the bar was closed and the room/view certainly didn't reflect the price Breakfast was also riddled with errors and lacked in quality. Generally disappointed.

There was a party on saturday night, which we were not warned about. Rooms were not nearly as spacious as the website suggests. Very difficult to reach by telephone (could not find it...), not handy.
Staff is friendly. But I still feel it is very much overpriced.

To remember the good old British prime location. And feel good along the River Thames near Windsor Castle. Dealing with a smile gave me a pleasant staff. The modern building is old Hoterurashii Facilities are one of the canned. In addition to the bathroom through a pipe there, excellent dry overnight but it is easy washing. We also use wireless LAN, convenient to business travelers. The only place that is not a mixer tap basin faucet, a little hard to use.
So intricate layout of rooms, easy to wander in the hallway between the living room and front. Anxiety seems to be little if any decrease in the front panel indicate the direction, "Sir" was a house building "stick thing" may be a drag.

The staff was superb. They allowed us to leave the car in the car park all day on the day of our departure. The electric fan was a life saver. Being from the US, we are used to air conditioning and the fan really helped.
The only issue I had was the fact that there was no iron and ironing board.
Also, there were not face cloths.

When I booked this reservation you quoted me £93 per room. On departure I was charged £143 and £123. Why? The hotel standard does not reflect the status of its historical name, Poor, I require an explaination of both issues, regards, trevor jones
I am a member of The Queens Body Guard, The Yeoman of The Guard. I was present at the Garter Ceromony at Windsor Castle. The hotel should have reflected the profile of the occassion!
The approach to the hotel resembled a motorway motel, litter, poor appearance and drab impersonal. The staff were matter-of-fact. The rooms and decor were drab and dull. I asked for some history of the hotel I was amazed that no one had any insight to the history. A member of staff eventually ran a copy of the hotel history off the internet. How poor was this? I am appalled
